Friendship Fishing Club holds annual membership meeting

The Friendship Fishing Club recently held their annual membership meeting where they announced Joshua Mundt and Mark Tushar, who represent the Battle on Bago fishing tournament, presented a donation of $2500 to the club’s endowed scholarship fund at the Fond du Lac Area Foundation.

Also in attendance at the meeting was conservation warden William Hankee who gave a brief on the recent sturgeon spearing season as well as upcoming educational initiatives and other enforcement items.

Greg Giles from the Fond du Lac Area Foundation went over additional opportunities that exist within the clubs partnership with the Foundation and further cemented that relationship. 

The club says they wish to thank all in the community who have supported the Friendship Fishing Club, whether it was through raffle ticket purchases, membership, donations, or volunteer hours.
