SSM Health Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Services welcomes new nurse practitioner

SSM Health is welcoming Hannah Weber, MSN, APNP, FNP-C, to SSM Health Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Services, 421 Camelot Drive in Fond du Lac, and 608 W. Brown Street in Waupun. She is now accepting new patients.

Weber chose the field of plastic surgery because of its unique ability to improve a patient’s physical and emotional well‑being.

“Plastic surgery offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a patient’s life,” she shares. “The variety within this specialty is incredibly rewarding, from restoring function and confidence through reconstructive care to helping patients achieve personal goals through aesthetic procedures.”

She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in nursing from Bellin College. Weber is also a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and remains active in her local community through the Oakfield Booster Club.

Her clinical interests include a strong focus on breast cancer reconstruction, where she is committed to guiding patients through some of the most challenging moments in their healing journey.

“The emotional and physical recovery after breast cancer treatment can be overwhelming,” Weber says. “I am passionate about helping women reclaim their sense of identity and confidence through reconstructive options.”

Weber describes her care approach as rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. She strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered in their decision‑making.

A native of Oakfield, Wisconsin, Weber enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, Justin, and their young son. She is an avid fan of Wisconsin sports teams, including the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Milwaukee Bucks.
