SSM announce weather related impacts to area facilities

SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac has been closely monitoring blizzard-like conditions and its impact on the communities it provides care. Safety is the priority for our patients, our communities, and our team members.

Due to the extreme weather conditions, we have made the difficult decision to adjust operations with the following services. Patients will receive a call to discuss telehealth visits or rescheduling.

CLOSED: SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic locations in Fond du Lac, North Fond du Lac, FDL West, Waupun, Ripon, Fox Lake, Campbellsport, Brownsville, Mt. Calvary; SSM Health Express Clinic at 145 N. Main Street in Fond du Lac

CLOSED: St. Agnes Hospital Cardio Diagnostics, Pacemaker Clinic, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation; Adult Day Services; SSM Health Treffert Center/SSM Health Treffert Studios; Speech/Occupational/Physical Therapies in Fond du Lac, Ripon, Waupun; Cancer Care Services; In-Home Hospice/Home Care Visits, Pain Care

We will maintain surgical and procedural visits, including endoscopies. In addition, all dialysis services in Waupun and Beaver Dam will remain open.

If you need emergency care, our SSM Health emergency rooms will remain open for all your care needs.

Express Virtual Care is open from 6 am – 10 pm for minor illnesses at ssmhealth.com/visitnow.
