Mechanical issues and holiday hours cause delay in some City of Fond du Lac garbage collection

The City of Fond du Lac Municipal Service Center would like to inform residents of a possible delay in their curbside garbage collection.

Due to Memorial Day and mechanical issues, some residents with Tuesday garbage collection may have a one-day delay in their collection. Any garbage not picked up on Tuesday will be collected on Wednesday. Residents with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday collection will have their garbage collected on their normal days. Please have your garbage containers at the curb on your regularly scheduled day. Recycling collection performed by Waste Management will continue with a one-day delay for all customers as previously scheduled.
