Downtown road closures for Fondue Fest

The 19th annual Fondue Fest is coming up Saturday, September 12, 2026, in downtown Fond du Lac, and drivers should be aware of several parking and road restrictions.

No-parking signs will be posted throughout downtown, with restrictions taking effect at 3 o’clock Saturday morning.

No parking will be allowed on Main Street between Merrill Avenue and Second Street.

There will also be no parking along portions of Portland, Second, Sheboygan, and First Streets as well as Forest Avenue.

Division Street between Macy and Main Streets will remain closed until 10:30 Saturday night.

All other parking restrictions will remain in effect until 7 P-M Saturday.

Fond du Lac Police and Fire Rescue will have command and response locations in the downtown area as they work with the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership to help keep the festival safe.

Fondue Fest runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
