Ripon store sells $50,000 winning Powerball ticket
A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold in Ripon.
The ticket was purchased at the Hy-Vee store on West Fond du Lac Street in Ripon for Saturday’s October 24th drawing.
The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers, along with the Powerball.
The Ripon winner was one of two major Wisconsin lottery winners announced from Saturday’s drawings. A $100,000 All or Nothing ticket was sold in Prairie du Chien.
Wisconsin has seen six $50,000 Powerball winners so far this month, while Saturday marked the fifth time in a little over two weeks that someone won the $100,000 All or Nothing top prize.
Players have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their winnings.
