Highway 23 to Reopen to Traffic

Highway 23 between Fond du Lac and Rosendale is set to reopen to traffic Friday morning. Resurfacing of the highway will last until October – and will use lane closures and flagging along the route as necessary. The road has been closed since July 9^th as crews worked to repair pavement, culverts, and storm sewers – among other projects.
