IRS 1040s In At FDL Public Library

The long-awaited IRS 1040 forms and instruction booklets have arrived at the Fond du Lac Public Library. Due to a late printing schedule, the booklets arrived much later than the bulk of the free forms available. The library is the only location in Fond du Lac where tax forms are available to the public. Basic federal and Wisconsin forms and instructions are located in the downtown library near the Help Desk. The library has federal forms 1040, 1040A, 1040 EZ and state forms including the Homestead Credit and Rent Certificate, as well as others. Tax forms also are available online. The library has links to the U.S. and state departments of revenue on its home page.
