One Person Killed Six Injured In Dodge County Chain Reaction Crash

One person was killed and six others were injured in a 5-vehicle chain reaction crash in Dodge County Tuesday night. It happened on State Highway 60 near County Highway P in the Town of Rubicon shortly after 6 p.m. Traffic had stopped because of a backup near County Highway P when an eastbound pickup truck struck the rear of another vehicle leading to the 5-vehicle collision. A total of 12 people were in those vehicles. One person died and 6 others were taken to Hartford and Summit Hospitals for treatment. Names have not been released.
