Three Hurt In Winnebago County Accident

An Oshkosh man and woman were seriously
injured when their motorcycle ran into the back of a slowing car Saturday night
on I-41 near Neenah. Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials say the woman was
ejected from the motorcycle. They were both taken to Theda Clark Regional
Medical Center. Both are in their early 60s. The man driving the bike was cited
for operating while intoxicated. The 23-year-old Oshkosh woman driving the car
suffered minor injuries and was also taken by ambulance to Theda Clark. The
accident happened about 8 p.m. A second separate accident happened as a result
of the first when three vehicles collided, but no one was injured in that
accident.
