Patriots Drop Fondy Boys
Appleton East (4-6, 2-4) dealt the Fond du Lac boys
basketball team their 5th straight loss 45-31 on Friday night at the
Acuity Fieldhouse. The Patriots led just
6-3 after one quarter but stretched that to 22-14 at the half, and 33-21 after
three quarters. Sophmore Caleb Goldstein
led Fondy with 12 points. Jake
Walgenbach added 6. East’s Sam Herrmann
hit four of the team’s 10 three pointers and finished with 12 points. Fondy (2-8, 1-5) will travel to Appleton West next Friday night. You’ll hear it on
