–Carson Wentz threw for four touchdowns in the win as the Eagles improved to 6-1 on the season.  

College Football:

Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor has been named the Big Ten’s Freshman of the Week for the third straight week and fourth time this season. Taylor had 126 yards rushing and a touchdown on 22 carries in Saturday’s win over Maryland. It was the sixth time this season he surpassed 100 yards rushing. Taylor also reached 1,000 career yards rushing in his seventh game, matching the FBS record for fewest games needed to record 1,000 yards.

NBA:

Milwaukee 103, Charlotte 94

–Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 32 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Bucks improved to 3-1 with a win over the Hornets Monday night at the Bradley Center. Khris Middleton added 20 points, while Mirza Teletovic had 15 on 5-9 shooting from three-point range. Former Badger Frank Kaminsky had 18 points off the bench to lead Charlotte. The Bucks host Boston Thursday night in their “Return to the MECCA” game.

College Basketball:

The Wisconsin Men’s Basketball team announced Monday they would be holding a scrimmage at the Kohl Center November 1st against Northern Iowa to benefit hurricane relief efforts in the southern U.S. and in the Caribbean. During the scrimmage, attendees will be asked to donate to Team Rubicon, which was founded by former UW athlete and U.S. Marine Jake Wood. Team Rubicon unites the skills of military veterans and first responders to deploy response teams to disaster areas. Tipoff for the scrimmage is set for 7pm.

MLB:



World Series Game One is tonight as Houston travels to Los Angeles to take on the Dodgers. Clayton Kershaw gets the start for LA while Houston sends Dallas Keuchel to the mound. First pitch just after 7pm central time.
