Appeals Court Places Evers Restrictions On Hold, Again

Remember the on again/off again Indoor Public Gatherings order instituted by Governor Evers on October 6? It was on, then it was off, then it was back on after a Barron County judge reinstated it on October 20. If you’re keeping score at home, it’s back off again. A Wisconsin appeals court has put another hold on Evers’ 25% restriction on indoor public gatherings pending appeal. The ruling Friday was handed down by the 3^rd District Court of Appeals.
