Altered garbage and recycling schedule for the 4th of July holiday week in Fond du Lac

Garbage and recycling will be collected as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday customers this week will see no change to collection.
• Thursday customers garbage will be picked up on Wednesday, July 3rd – one day early.
  Thursday Recycling will be picked up on Friday, July 5th.
• Friday customers garbage will be picked up on Monday, July 8th.
  Friday Recycling will be picked up on Saturday, July 6th.
  Also of note,
  City Transit Buses will not operate on Thursday or Friday this week. and the Fond du Lac Library will be closed on Thursday, July 4th but reopen for normal business hours on Friday, July 5th.
  The Festival Foods Fond du Lac Fireworks will take place Thursday at 9:30 in Lakeside Park.
