Alto Fair starts today

The two day Alto Fair starts today, Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Known as one of the “biggest little” fairs in Wisconsin, it’s a 4-H and Farm Bureau event characterized by its small-town charm.

Key Activities & Attractions include 4-H livestock judging, livestock exhibitions, and a livestock auction. There’s Live music with Copper Box playing Wednesday and the Eric Church tribute band Chief playing Thursday night. Fireworks, carnival rides, and a huge parade at 1 p.m. Thursday.

Also included are Tractor and horse pulls, children’s pedal tractor pulls, and a pie contest.

A Country breakfast will be served each morning from 7-10 a.m.
