Columbia County man arrested for 14th OWI offense

A 69 year old rural Pardeeville man was arrested for his 14th Operating while intoxicated offense Monday, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy initially pulled Robert Dolgner over for an equipment violation but soon realized the man was showing signs of intoxicated driving.

Dolgnar was arrested and taken to the Columbia County Jail and is currently awaiting an initial appearance on the following charges:

• Operating while intoxicated 14th offense
• Operating after revocation
• Failure to install ignition interlock device
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Misdemeanor bail jumping and
• Violation of probation.
