Construction season underway in Fond du Lac

The City of Fond du Lac Department of Public Works is reminding residents of some road closures in Fond du lac Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

The southbound lane of north Main Street, between Merrill Avenue and Division Street will close today beginning at noon and remain closed until 3:00pm. Downtown business, patrons, and residents who live within the closure will have access to their properties during this work.

The closure will be in place to allow crews to complete water service installations as part of the Main Street Rehabilitation project.

And The southbound lane of north Brooke Street, between Arndt and Follett Streets will close this morning at 6 AM and remain closed until 3:00 pm next Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

Residents who live within the closure will have access to their properties during the project.

The closure will be in place to allow crews to complete concrete pavement restoration.
