Construction to limit lanes at Main and Johnson for several days

The City of Fond du Lac is advising the motoring public of work that will be being done next week at the intersection of Main and Johnson Streets. The work will start in the overnight hours of Monday morning, August 19, 2024, and will limit the inside lanes of the intersection. Vehicles will be able to get through the intersection or turn right from whichever way they are going, but inside lanes and left turn lanes will be closed from all ways.

Several concrete panel repairs in the center of the intersection are needed and the work is said to be completed by Thursday of next week.
