Driver cited with operating while intoxicated after speeding 129 mph on Highway 41

An Oshkosh man learned if you’re going to attempt to get away with driving while intoxicated, you likely shouldn’t speed to draw attention to your self. Especially speeds of 129 mph.

That’s how fast the driver was clocked in Washington County, Saturday morning, March 24, 2025, going northbound on I-41 in a red corvette.

The Washington County officer clocked the driver at the 41/45 split and it took until Highway D in Washington County to catch up and get the driver to pull over. He was cited with multiple traffic citations as well as first offense operating while intoxicated.
