FDL Noon Rotary funds raised will be donated to local charities and non profits
The Fond du Lac Noon Rotary has single handedly been funding the Holiday Light show set to music on the west side of Lakeside Park since 2018, keeping it one of the only free light shows in the area.
Since it took responsibility, the club has invested over $40,000 in improvements to the show.
While often asked how the public can help with donations, the club refused outside help since it’s been able to handle the feat on it’s own, using club dues from it’s nearly 100 members to self fund the show.
This year however, the club is trying something different, with a pay it forward type campaign.
The club will take donations, but rather than apply them to the light show, the club will give 100% of the contributions to local charities and non profits.
If you would like to contribute to the Noon Rotary Fund you can do so directly on the club’s site at www.fdlrotary.com.
