Fond du Lac County man charged after admitting to having sex with pet dog

Additional charges have been brought against a former Kewaskum school resource officer who last week was charged with three felonies, related to having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Now, Prosecutors say 34 year old Steven Rosales has been charged and re-arrested for three counts of bestiality.

Rosales was arrested and charged last week with Sexual Misconduct by School Staff, and two counts of Misconduct in Office for exchanging explicit photos and more than 9,000 text messages with an 18-year-old high school student. Rosales posted $40,000 cash bond the next day.

While investigators sifted through the thousands of e-mails in the previously mentioned case, they found multiple graphic descriptions of Rosales engaging in sexual acts with his dog. When questioned, Rosales stated what he described in the texts, and what he did were not the same, saying He only said those things to try and get the student aroused, but when questioned more, he admitted to doing the acts he described to the student.

Rosales is expected to make his Initial appearance in the bestiality case today in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court and his next court appearance for the Sexual Misconduct by School Staff is scheduled for May 28th.
