Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy witnesses rollover crash while on patrol

A Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy was on the scene of a crash about as fast as possible as it happened right in front of him.

At 1:21 a.m., Monday morning, September 14, 2026, the deputy advised dispatch of the crash on the northbound lanes of I-41, just south of County Highway B. At that time the deputy requested the fire department and an ambulance respond.

The deputy advised the vehicle was occupied by several people including an infant and that there were no serious injuries.

Highway 41 northbound was restricted down to one lane while emergency crews worked the scene.

It was not released what may have caused the crash.
