Fond du Lac search warrant leads to arrest in Internet Crimes Against Children investigation

On December 3, 2025, members of the City of Fond du Lac Police Department executed a search warrant in the area of Harrison Place and Forest Avenue as part of an ongoing Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation.

During the execution of the warrant, Dylan D. Gall (DOB: 09/21/1988) was detained and interviewed by investigators. Following the search, Gall was taken into custody and transported to the Fond du Lac County Jail, where he was held on a Probation/Parole hold.

As a result of the investigation, FDLPD Detectives located and later conducted a forensic examination of an electronic device belonging to Gall. That examination revealed the presence of suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

On December 11, 2025, Gall was formally charged in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court with ten (10) counts of Possession of Child Pornography as a Repeater. He remains in custody on a $25,000 cash bond.

The Fond du Lac Police Department remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting children and holding accountable those who exploit them. This investigation remains ongoing, and no additional details are being released at this time.

Anyone with information related to this case or other incidents involving the exploitation of children is encouraged to contact the Fond du Lac Police Department or submit a tip through the ICAC Task Force website at www.icactaskforce.org.
