Former Lutheran school teacher’s aide sentenced to prison after sex with child

A former teacher’s aide at Faith Lutheran School in Fond du Lac has been sentenced to six years in prison after pleading no contest to child sex crimes.

41-year-old Stephanie Jensen was also sentenced to 10 years of extended supervision.

Jensen was arrested in November of last year and entered her no-contest plea in July. The case involved charges of child enticement and sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older.

According to court records, the victim told investigators the relationship began with flirtatious behavior when the child was 12.

Jensen was terminated from her position at Faith Lutheran school after the charges were filed, however the child was not reported to be a student at the school.

10 additional charges were dismissed but read into the record as part of the case.
