Fourth high speed pursuit in four days in Fond du Lac County

A 19-year-old North Fond du Lac man was taken into custody Friday night, September 6, 2025, after leading Fond du Lac County Sheriff Deputies on a brief chase through part of the City of Fond du Lac.

At about midnight, a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a motorcyclist speeding eastbound on Johnson St near Park Ave. When the deputy activated their emergency lights and siren, the suspect accelerated to 85 MPH and fled eastbound on Johnson Street.

A second deputy, that was on 23 near County Highway K, joined the pursuit after the suspect passed his location at 105 MPH. The motorcyclist eventually pulled over on 23 near Whispering Springs Blvd and was taken in to custody without further incident.

The driver was booked into the Fond du Lac County Jail for felony fleeing and eluding an officer, and received multiple traffic citations while the motorcycle was towed from the scene.

This was the 4th high speed chase in Fond du Lac County since Wednesday. Three of the drivers were captured while the fourth is known to law enforcement and charges are pending.
