Grape or Strawberry… Local popcorn makers ask which flavor should be in their PBnJ flavored popcorn

Fond du Lac’s Faris Gourmet Popcorn and Treats is asking for the publics help in deciding a flavor of an old favorite.

The business, which makes dozens of specialty flavored gourmet popcorn like S’mores, Cookies and Cream and Windy City… A mix of their yellow cheddar and caramel flavors, is designing their latest specialty flavor, Peanut Butter and Jelly, but are unsure which flavor jelly to use. So the company is reaching out to their fans via their Facebook page to ask if it should be grape or strawberry.

The plea went out Thursday afternoon and the first 50 or so replies shows the public split at about a 50 50 mix in favor of each flavor.
