Green Thumb Garden Club of Fond du Lac is offering two $1000 scholarships

The Green Thumb Garden Club of Fond du Lac is offering two, $1000 scholarships to any Fond du Lac County students who are, or will be attending secondary schooling such as a college or technical school, to pursue careers in botany or other environmentally related fields such as environmental science, horticulture, landscape and floral design.

The club is part of the National Garden Club, Inc & The Wisconsin Garden Club Federation, whose purpose is to provide education, resources and opportunities for its members to promote and share the love of gardening, floral design, and civic and environmental responsibility.
