Healthcare Access Action Team and Fond du Lac County Health Department Launches Transportation Resource Guide

For those in the Fond du Lac County area without a mode of transportation, it can be difficult to arrange a ride to and from healthcare appointments, so the Fond du Lac County Health Department has devised a list on their webpage that offers a simple way to find local transportation options.

The Healthcare Access Action Team has created this Transportation Resource Guide, which highlights Access to Healthcare as a priority area, bringing reliable transportation for those seeking to get to medical appointments, pharmacy visits, or other essential health services.

This resource guide is available in both English and Spanish which supports community members to navigate transportation and find a solution that works for them. The list is broken into three sections. One for the Fond du Lac area, one for Ripon and one for the Waupun/Beaver Dam area.

This list can be accessed by navigating the Fond du Lac County Government website under the Health Department tab, or direct access via a QR code on your smart phone. There are also printed copies of the guide available for those who prefer paper versions or may not have internet access.
