Holiday hours announced for City of Fond du Lac 4th of July holiday

City offices in the City/County Government Center have announced they will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.

The Municipal Service Center will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday July 4th for all services, including garbage collection and bulky waste drop off. There will be no garbage collection on Friday, July 3rd. Garbage normally collected on Friday, July 3rd will be collected on Monday, July 6th, along with the regular Monday collection.

Recycling collection, performed by Waste Management, will still be picked up Friday, July 3rd.

The Senior Center will be closed on Friday, July 3rd.

City Transit Buses will not operate on Friday, July 3rd.

The Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed Friday, July 3rd and remain closed through Sunday, July 5th with normal business hours resuming on Monday, July 6th.
