It’s Christmas tree season

The Christmas season inches closer as Gillies takes on it’s annual transformation from burger serving carhop to live Christmas tree lot. While not officially open until Saturday, November 22, 2025, the lot is in the process of filling up with trees with the first batch of trees showing up Wednesday.

Other area lots to get a live, precut tree according to a Google search are L & M Tree & Wreath: Located at Pump ‘N Pantry, at 329 W. Pioneer Road. And A&W: Located at 269 Winnebago Drive.

If you are more inclined to cut your own tree, there is Old Baldy Tree Farm: Located at W6279 County Road F, in southern Fond du Lac County.
