Kwik Trip falls from top spot, but still local favorite

A new national customer satisfaction survey finds Kwik Trip has fallen from the top spot among convenience stores.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index has released its 2026 convenience-store rankings.

Kwik Trip’s score dropped six points, from 84 last year to 79 this year.

That moves Kwik Trip from first place in the national rankings to a tie for fifth.

Meijer now has the highest customer satisfaction score at 82.

QuikTrip, Sheetz and Wawa are tied for second at 80.

The A-C-S-I survey was based on nearly 9,500 customer responses collected over the past year.

Despite the drop, Kwik Trip still ranks among the nation’s better-performing convenience stores.
