Laconia Looking for a New Football Coach

KFIZ Sports has learned that Laconia Head Football Coach Joe Ledley will retire, creating a vacancy for the Spartans program. Ledley has served as head coach for four seasons, guiding the team to the playoffs twice during his tenure. A veteran of the sport, he previously spent two years as an assistant coach at Laconia before taking over the program.

Before joining the Spartans, Ledley built his coaching résumé as an assistant at UW-Oshkosh and Northern Michigan University. The Laconia School Board is expected to formally accept his retirement at its meeting on Monday.
