Lomira Girls Basketball Team Wins Sectional Championship, Headed to State Tournament

The Lomira High School Girls Basketball Team is headed to the state tournament for the first time since 1993 after defeating Kenosha St. Joseph 61-57 in the sectional final. Josie Christian led the way with 31 points, Kennedy Goebel added 13. Lomira will play in a state semifinal game against Neillsville Thursday night at 6:35pm at the Resch Center in Green Bay.
