Markesan Superintendent/AD loses battle to COVID-19

A three month battle against COVID-19 came to an end Wednesday night for a Markesan man. Markesan School District Superintendent Duane Bark died as a result of the coronavirus. Bark was also the Director of Athletics for the district. Bark’s family made the announcement on social media Wednesday night.
