Migrating birds will be subject of Bird and Nature Alliance program

The Fond du Lac Bird and Nature Alliance is welcoming the public to take part in a program coming up in May.

On Wednesday, May 13th, at 7 p.m., at MPTC, in Room E120 the organization will host a talk with naturalist and wildlife educator Bill Volkert, who will be holding a presentation about the annual migration of birds and their seasonal phenology.

Volkert has been an educator for the Wisconsin DNR at Horicon Marsh for 27 years and has studied birds for 50 years.

The program is free and open to the public.
