Milwaukee man convicted in Fond du Lac drug overdose death

A Milwaukee man accused of selling a fatal dose of drugs to an Oshkosh Woman who died in Fond du Lac in December of 2024 has been convicted of the homicide.

Yesterday, a jury convicted Keyandre Fowler of First Degree Reckless Homicide – Party to a Crime, after a six day jury trial. Fowler was the Milwaukee source of fentanyl that led to the death of Amanda West on December 14, of 2024 in the City of Fond du Lac. A sentencing hearing has not yet been scheduled.

This case was investigated by the City of Fond du Lac Police Department with assistance from the Lake Winnebago Area Drug Unit, and prosecuted by ADA Hannah Krueger and District Attorney Eric Toney.
