Multiple people detained in Fond du Lac Police incident

Fond du Lac Police were working an incident on 1st street yesterday that was likely related to a search warrant.

Around 10 am officers had closed off an area in the 100 block of east 1st street, surrounded a multi unit house and had an ambulance stage nearby.

Residents nearby told KFIZ the location was known in the area as a drug house. One neighbor said she saw 9 people escorted out of the house by police, then what appeared to be a stand off occurred, but it was unknown if anyone was detained after the initial 9.

No information has been released by Fond du Lac Police. If a press release is issued, KFIZ will update the story with any more information.
