Blake C. Freiberg

Blake C. Freiberg, 35, of Fond du Lac, unexpectedly died on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at his home.

He was born on October 14, 1987, in Fond du Lac, the son of Floyd R. Freiberg Jr. and Linda Schwarting. Blake enjoyed the outdoors, camping, riding his mountain bike, road bike and unicycle. He loved driving his Honda 3-wheeler around. Blake also loved to cook (camp cook).

He is survived by his mother Linda (Bill) Sailer of Mandan, ND, his siblings: Brenda (Joel) Johnson of Van Dyne, Brad (Lana) Freiberg of Fond du Lac, Barbara (special friend Paul Robinson) Freiberg of Windsor, CO, Bryan Freiberg of Fond du Lac, and Benjamin Freiberg of Fond du Lac; his nieces and nephews: Jenna (Drew) Brooks, Justin Johnson, Autumn (Devon) Smet, Kyle Johnson, Dalton Freiberg, Olivia Freiberg and Koby Freiberg; and his great niece Sage, and other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Floyd R. Freiberg Jr., his paternal and maternal grandparents, and his beloved dog Chewy.

VISITATION: The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 7:00 PM, on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Kurki Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.

SERVICE: Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Kurki Funeral Chapel. Cremation will follow the traditional service.
