Tatyanna Passion Mariee “Taty” Zech

Tatyanna Passion Mariee “Taty” Zech, 20, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, May 7, 2023, after being transported to St. Agnes Hospital, an innocent victim of gun violence. She was born in Fond du Lac on August 27, 2002, a daughter of Nichole Zech and Trenton Wortham. Taty had just moved back to Fond du Lac from Chicago two weeks ago to start a new life away from the big city.

The #1 thing that meant the most to Taty was her family. She was also a talented hair stylist and as an artist, loved to draw.

Survivors include her mother, Nichole; stepmother, Lena Mielke; father, Trenton; fifteen siblings, Isaiah, Makaila, Tia, Tremaine (Hannah), Treyton (Claire), Tiara (Aaron), Lil’ Trent, Possum, Terrell, Tristan, Trinity, Jordan, Elijah, Jesc, and Taenisha; maternal grandfather, Ricky (“Grandma Rose”); and paternal grandmother, Mildred Wortham. She is further survived by her 3 aunts and 2 uncles, Tanya, Jennifer, Stephanie (“Uncle Pete”), Jamie, and Joshua; and 24 nieces and nephews, specifically her niece, Lay “Tete”. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dawn Zech; maternal great-grandmother, Lillian McAuly; and maternal great-grandparents, David (Joyce) Zech.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, May 12, 2023, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow, beginning at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Taty’s family will not rest until justice has been served.
