On Thursday, April 27, 2023, at about 12:20 PM, an apparent medical condition led to a driver crashing a vehicle into the Verizon store at 467 north Rolling Meadows Drive. Scanner reports listed 8 people injured with one critical. ThedaStar medical helicopter met a City Of Fond du Lac Ambulance at the airport for transport of the critically injured.
