Photos: One person rescued from Fond du Lac house fire

A house fire Monday morning, November 10, 2025 in the City of Fond du Lac was attended to by Fond du Lac Police and Fire/Rescue.

Just before 8:30 a.m., a page went out for the fire department to respond to the fire on Amory Street south of Merrill Avenue.

The initial call stated two females and at least one dog were in the residence. KFIZ’s Doug Raflik was on the scene and witnessed two Fond du Lac Police Officers help a women out a window as black smoke poured out. Raflik also witnessed a dog run out of the house.

It was unknown if a second person was in the house at the time.
