Search for missing Two Rivers toddler enters third day

Today starts the third day of searching in Two Rivers for a three-year-old boy that went missing Tuesday morning when a caregiver last saw the boy in the 3900 block of Mishicot Road.

An Amber Alert was issued for Elijah Vue later that afternoon. His disappearance is being labeled an abduction, but according to the amber alert, police have no vehicle description or person of interest in the case.

Friends relatives and neighbors have been searching the area around the family’s house, which has a large wooded area and a river just to the west of the area.

Police say local, state and federal agencies are all helping in the search, and Tuesday, there was a helicopter circling the area for multiple hours.

Elijah is a mix of Hmong and White ethnicity. He is 3 years old, 3 feet tall and weighs 45 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
