Second Fond du Lac County resident dies as result of UTV crash

A second Fond du Lac County resident has died as a result of a UTV crash in Green Lake County last Saturday, April 18, 2026.

The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office says a 46-year-old Fairwater man succumbed to his injuries earlier this week.

A 40-year-old Fairwater woman died at the scene of the crash on Saturday.

Just after 5 p.m., the Green Lake County 911 Communications Center received a call about a UTV crash on Princeton Rd, near Honeysuckle Ln, about half way between Princeton and Green Lake.

Investigation into the crash showed the UTV was carrying 4 occupants eastbound on Princeton Road when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. None of the occupants were wearing seatbelts, and one was ejected. Lifesaving efforts were attempted, but the ejected woman was determined to be deceased at the scene.
