Serenity Villa Assisted Living Submits Permit for Expansion on North Baumann Street in Campbellsport

The Village of Campbellsport is pleased to announce that Serenity Villa Assisted Living has submitted a permit application to expand its operations at its location on North Baumann Street.

The expansion will enhance the facility’s ability to serve the community’s growing senior population with additional accommodations and improved amenities.

The Village Planning Commission and consulting engineers have already reviewed and approved the site plan and confirmed that the project meets all proper zoning requirements. With these approvals in place, Serenity Villa’s project is cleared to move forward to the next stages of the permitting and construction process.
