South Hickory Street to close for a full week due to construction

The Fond du Lac Department of Public Works says it needs to close a portion of south Hickory Street for a full week for work that needs to be done.

The area effected runs for one block between Emma Street and Ruggles Street.

The closure will start Tuesday, March 25th at 7:00 am and the street will remain closed until the end of the day Monday, March 31st. The department says the closure will be in place to allow for water utility repairs and pavement restoration.
