The Seattle Seahawks beat
the Packers 17-10 at Lambeau Field in preseason action on Friday night.   Aaron Rodgers played just on series and
completed 4 of 7 passes for 41 yards and that ended in a 38 yard Mason Crosby
field goal.  Graham Harrell played a lot
with the first unit and completed 6 of 13 passes for 49 yards. Vince Young hit
Jonathan Amosa on a 1-yard TD pass for the Packers only TD in the 3^rd
quarter. Young ran 3 times for 39 yards. 
Alex Green had 31 yards rushing.  
Eddie Lacy ran 8 times for -5 yards.  
The Packers will travel to Kansas

Brewers Win

Khris Davis and Scooter
Gennett homered in the 8^th as the Brewers rallied for a 6-3 win at Cincinnati on Friday
night.  Davis also homered in 6^th
inning.  Rod Wooten picked up the win in
relief of Yovani Gallardo. Jim Henderson got his 20^th save of the
season.  The series continues tonight in Cincinnati.

 

Girls Tennis

Fond du Lac went 0-3 at the Fondy Quad on Friday. The Cardinals
fell to Neenah 7-0, Plymouth
5-2, and Hartford
4-3.  Tough loss for the Cardinals as
they found out they will be without #1 singles player Nicole Feltz for the rest
of the season because of a broken rib.  The junior was seeded at the state tournament
in Madison last
year.

Girls Golf

Fond du Lac beat Appleton East 192-210 at Whispering Springs on Friday.  Shania Shchibbelhut led the Cardinals with a 43.
