SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Neurosurgery certified medical assistant receives BEE Award

Robin Kraemer, an SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Neurosurgery certified medical assistant, has been named the newest recipient of the BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) Award.

Kraemer was nominated by a patient who wrote: “Robin was beyond kind to me when I was physically and emotional struggling. She listened and took the time as though there was no one else waiting for her. She got me from crying to laughing about dogs and feeling as though things would be OK. She is a very special person and Dr. Mann is lucky to have her on his team.”

The BEE Award is specifically designed to recognize non-nursing staff members who demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a commitment to excellence.
