Stalker sentenced to lengthy prison sentence

Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric J. Toney announced that Judge Andrew Christenson sentenced Zackery Olson to a prison term of 29 years, with 15 years of initial confinement and 14 years of extended supervision. A Fond du Lac County jury convicted Olson of 16 total counts, one count of Stalking, 10 counts of Violating an Injunction, two counts of Telephone Harassment and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping, on February 6, 2025,
District Attorney Toney stated “The defendant stalked and terrorized this woman for years and she showed incredible courage in testifying at trial to hold him accountable. He will now spend the next 15 years in prison and should serve as a warning to anyone that seeks to stalk, harass, or intimate women. You will be held accountable.”
This case was investigated by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office, and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Mark Bensen.
