Suspected driving while intoxicated yields rollover crash near Eden

Fond du Lac County Deputies are investigating a roll over crash that happened early Saturday morning, January 3, 2026.

At about 12:30 this morning, deputies along with the Eden Fire Department and Campbellsport ambulance responded to the crash on County V near Lonely Lane, about half way between Eden and Campbellsport.

Upon arrival, deputies found the vehicle occupied with one man who stated he was unable to get out of the vehicle on his own and was bleeding from the lip.

Rescue crews were able to extricate the man and he was brought to St Agnes Hospital.

Upon investigation, officers suspected the man to be driving while intoxicated and further investigation showed he had been convicted of driving while intoxicated two previous times.
