Washington County pursuit ends with driver in custody in Fond du Lac County

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies chased a vehicle into Fond du Lac County early Monday morning, April 7, 2025, and were able to get the vehicle stopped, taking the driver into custody.

Just before 1 AM, Fond du Lac County authorities were notified of the chase coming north on I-41 towards Fond du Lac County. The driver exited the highway at Highway 67 in Lomira and headed east.

While Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputies were getting in position with stop sticks, Washington County called out that they had the vehicle stopped on 67, about three miles west of Campbellsport. A high risk stop was performed and the driver was taken into custody.

No other information has been released.
